By purchasing an adoptable from me, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refunds
Payment is required upfront via Cash App, PayPal or Venmo.No holds, all adopts are first come first serve.All sales are final no refunds.2. Ownership & Usage Rights
Once purchased, you own the character, not the art.You may:Rename, redesign, or change the gender/species.Use the character in personal works RP, art, writing, etc.Commission others to draw them.Resale / Trade / Gift Rules
You may resell, trade, or gift the character with credit to me as the original creator.You may not:Claim the original design or artwork as your own.Use my art for commercial purposes.Resale / Trade / Gift Rules
You may resell, trade, or gift the character as your own creation.Blacklist / Bans
I reserve the right to refuse sales to individuals who are disrespectful, violate my TOS, or are on my personal blacklist.Theft will result in a permanent ban and public warning.Credits & Contact
Always credit me as the original creator.If sharing on social media, a tag or link back is appreciated!
